The Intelligence Department (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police has brought new clothes to prevent the violence of fake DB. Additional Commissioner of DB Mohammad Haroon Or Rashid said this information in a press conference organized at DMP Media Center on Monday afternoon.

He said, the specialty of this dress is the QR code, which can be scanned to know the detailed information of the person who came to the expedition. This code can be scanned through mobile apps.

DB organized this press conference after six people were arrested on charges of robbery. These six robbers were arrested from Toynbee Circular Road area of ​​Motijheel on Sunday. They are Farid Uddin, Parvez, Saiful Islam, Shafiqul Islam, Jasim and Nashir.

At various times, members of various criminal gangs, including dacoits, using the identity of Dhaka Metropolitan Police's Intelligence Department (DB) have been accused of looting and abducting common people's property. Sometimes real detectives are seen arresting and recovering fake clothes.
